Conditions for an accreditation
- Holders of a 2026 media card (a recognized association of professional photographers, etc.) are eligible for accreditation.
- A written assignment from:
- the editor-in-chief or an editor-in-chief of a medium;
- the person in charge of a series or championship;
- the tenant of the track.
- Team photographers/video reporters are not allowed.
- Accreditation is only possible from the age of 18
- Be able to present the mandatory valid insurance
Mandatory insurance:
A valid insurance certificate must be presented. For this purpose, Circuit Zolder distinguishes two categories of photographers/journalists:
- Photographers and journalists in the capacity of an employee: for this, Circuit Zolder requires a certificate from the employer stating coverage of work accidents + personal accidents.
- Self-employed photographers and journalists: for this, Circuit Zolder requires a 24h/24h pattern insurance certificate and personal accident insurance
Personal accident insurance
If no proof, as listed above, can be presented, there is the possibility to take out a personal accident insurance for the amount of € 25.00 per day. This can only be done at the reception, located in the Control Tower of Circuit Zolder.
Personal accident insurance guarantees
- Death: €15,000
- Permanent disability: €30,000
- Medical costs: 1xRIZIV rate
The deposit for a tabard is €20.00. The deposit is:
- Return if the chasuble is returned to its original condition;
- Retained in whole or in part if the chasuble is returned damaged;
- Retained if chasuble is not returned the same day.
Contents of the accreditation
The organization reserves the right to withhold an accreditation if abuse is detected or if the organization's guidelines are deliberately not followed.
