Motorsport history was written at Circuit Zolder. You can also shape your future there. We have over 2,500 square meters at your disposal for this, divided over ten types of reception and meeting rooms. Each location has its own entrance, bar and/or kitchen. Each also with superior catering by Atelier V. There are also 5 gigantic 'outdoor zones'. Do you already get an idea of the possibilities? All this is located in a green, hilly corner of Zolder of 70 hectares. We have the space, the peace and the tradition. You the inspiration?

Congress Center

The Congress Center, above the Expo Hall, is, without exaggeration, an absolute top location for organizing professional meetings, workshops, seminars, dinners, etc.

Johnnie Walker Lounge

Whatever you are organizing, the centrally located Johnnie Walker Lounge on the estate is a stylish, modern space that lends itself to all kinds of events.

VIP Lounge (Powered By Woutim)

In the VIP Lounge your guests will be pampered with a VIP service! The space is ideal for creative meetings and workshops but also for stylish seminars and parties.

Mezzanines

The five Mezzanines combine a professional reception with a privileged view. You can furnish the Mezzanines yourself according to your own taste.

Magnum Lounge

This original meeting room on top of the reception building can inspire 30 guests. Meetings are held at a large table in the shape of a race track.

Outdoor area

You can set up a medium-sized funfair in each of our outdoor areas.

Expo Hall

The Expo Hall, with no less than 480 m2, is the ideal accommodation for the launch and/or presentation of new products.

Cycling Center

The Cycling Center is the ideal location for presentations, meetings and workshops in combination with cycling-related events.

vROOOM Loge

As much terrace as interior space. And a 360° perspective. That is the vROOOM Lodge.

Start and Finish Loge

There is no space closer to the circuit than the Start and Finish lodge, which is located directly above the finish line.

VIP Loges

Centrally located in the paddock is the VIP tower. Robust as a fortified castle, but the lodges are hospitality itself.
