TICKETMATIC GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.TicketMatic bvba offers tickets for sale on behalf of event organisers. It is not responsible for changes in location, price or date, nor for the cancellation of an event. The person making the purchase is considered the sole buyer. Only he is bound to the payment, even if the tickets have to be delivered to a third party. Tickets may not be resold to third parties, nor transferred to third parties in a commercial relationship.
2. Tickets are reserved at the time of sending the order form. Tickets are only sent after receipt of correct payment. The reservation will be cancelled if the tickets are not paid within the specified payment term. This term will be strictly applied. VAT and any taxes are always charged to the customer.
3.In principle, the tickets will be sent by e-mail to the address provided on the order form, unless otherwise requested by the customer or by the event organizer.
4. Tickets and reservation costs can be paid by bank transfer or by VISA or Mastercard. The customer has the right to inform TicketMatic, by registered letter, that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason, within 7 working days, provided that the date of the event does not fall within this period, from the day following the order of the tickets. TicketMatic or the organizer of the event will refund the tickets, to the bank account number provided by the customer.
5. If an organiser cancels its event, the tickets will either be refunded by TicketMatic or by the organiser, or exchanged for tickets for another performance of the same event, at the customer's choice.
6. TicketMatic uses all reasonable means to keep the information on its website complete, correct and up-to-date. However, it does not provide any guarantee in this regard and can never be held liable for direct or indirect damage that someone may suffer as a result of visiting or using the website, except in the case of proven intent or gross negligence on the part of TicketMatic. TicketMatic is not liable for force majeure that delays or prevents the execution of this agreement. The following are considered force majeure, but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, flooding, fire, occupation, extreme weather conditions, government measures, technical defects. TicketMatic is not required to provide proof of the unforeseeable or unavoidable nature of such a situation of force majeure.
7. The customer expressly agrees to provide correct, accurate, current and complete information about themselves as requested on the registration form. TicketMatic reserves the right to suspend or refuse the requested transaction if it has reasonable suspicions that the information provided is incorrect, incomplete or outdated. This data may be stored to ensure the proper functioning of its services. It may also be used by the organizer for marketing purposes. Any customer who proves his identity is entitled to access his personal data and to make improvements to it, subject to a prior dated and signed written request.
8.These general terms and conditions govern the entire contractual relationship between TicketMatic and the customer, to the exclusion of the customer's general terms and conditions. Any change or deviation from these or any addition must be the subject of a written agreement. The failure by TicketMatic to exercise its rights as determined in these general terms and conditions cannot be considered as a waiver of its right to do so in the future. Circuit Zolder has the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The changes will take effect from the moment they appear on the website, unless otherwise specified. The relationship between the customer and TicketMatic is governed solely by Belgian law.
