Plenty of atmosphere but totally unpredictable

Cyclocross in December at Circuit Zolder is an annual staple with crowds of supporters in cool marquees and cozy food stands. The Telenet Superprestige is the oldest regularity race in Belgium.

Niels Vandeputte and Lucinda Brand took the overall victory last season. But this fall the contenders could again come from a completely different angle. With, for example, a surprise like last year's win in Zolder by Dutchman Tibor Del Grosso who beat Wout van Aert by millimeters.

However daan, the big guns will be present, with equally cozy marquees and no doubt as much atmosphere as ever.
