Colorful spectacle with free entrance

Accessible motor racing at the cutting edge, with equal weapons and in a friendly atmosphere: that is the slogan of the European Fun Cup powered by Hankook! No side races this year. The 8-hour race on Sunday, with the Evo1, Evo2 and Evo3 ‘beetles’ together on the track, determines the winners of the season.

Come for free to this colorful spectacle with pilots from all over Europe and even beyond. “We expect about 10,000 visitors. The focus is really on the race, there is no fringe entertainment,” said Laurent Voogt of the organization.

85% of the participants will drive in the Evo3 class: a uniform car with a VW 2-liter engine producing 180 horsepower. The Vintage and Retro categories (Evo 1 and Evo2 for first- and second-generation cars) are a perfect way to enter the championship thanks to a particularly interesting price tag.

The Fun Cup powered by Hankook is undoubtedly the longest running motorsport competition in the Low Countries. For more than 25 years, the fast racing beetle has been providing unforgettable moments to amateur drivers, young talents and even professional drivers.
