De BELCAR 5000 begint stilaan vorm te krijgen. Momenteelscoorden reeds 206 piloten punten in dit endurance klassement van Circuit Zolder. De beste 2 resultaten tijdens de manches van BRCC, BGDC, Super CarChallenge, FIA GT, SOT en Benelux Porsche Cup worden weerhouden en vormen samen, met het resultaat in de 24 Hours of Zolder en de 1000 KM van Zolder, de BELCAR5000. Er kan dus in de diverse races een maximum van 1000 punten worden gescoord.

This international character is truly something special, but there is also a reason for it. The British, French, German, Spanish, but also Czech and Latvian competitors are not merely here for our Limburg pie (even though), but to score points for the World Championship.
