VIP Lounges

Business Centre
The Business Centre, an exclusive reception area, is centrally located in the paddock. This is an ideal space to pamper your colleagues and/or business partners with an unforgettable day. On the terrace you can enjoy a unique view which stretches from the Jacky Ickx bend through to the starting grid.

The Business Centre has a surface area of 280m² and offers a maximum capacity of 170 seated persons and boasts a sophisticated sound installation, an industrial kitchen with fridge area and a lift, a bar/counter and a cosy, charming art-deco decoration.

Media centre
This polyvalent space disposes of all the possible media-applications which at every meeting or conference can act as the helping hand. An overview of the services provided:

• A full sound installation with microphones,
• Projectors & screens 
• Internet connection (ADSL, ADSL Hotspot and ISDN)
• A welcome area with 2 computers
• 80 separate lockers
• Computer floor with electric and internet connections neatly hidden away. 

Even with more relaxing activities this sophisticated equipment remains essential. The media centre is fully soundproofed and one can make use of the industrial kitchen as also a fridge cell and a finishing kitchen. This space is modular, and can offer room for 90 up to maximum of 350 seated persons or 500 standing. In addition in the media centre you are on the front row: the view from the media centre covers the entire canal zone and the pitlane.

Vip-tower
You naturally want the best venue for your events, your seminars and your leisure activities with colleagues and collaborators. You will therefore undoubtedly have thought about the lounges.

The VIP tower was the original control tower and was built in 1963. This tower was converted into the present VIP-tower in 1988. We can offer you 4 VIP lounges of 100m² where together with 50 others (seated) you can enjoy an exceptional day.

These lounges are equipped with a kitchen and a bar/counter. The VIP lounge on the ground floor disposes of a terrace where you have an excellent view over the paddock area.

The VIP lounge on the top floor even has a roof terrace of no less than 80m² offering a splendid panoramic view over the entire track.

The lounge in the racing centre is 180m² big and also has a kitchen and a bar/counter. This lounge can offer room to 100 persons seated. Each lounge gives you a perfect view over the start as also the pitlane.

Grandstand lounge
The name says it all. This lounge is located at the covered grandstand and with its 84m² can cater for up to 60 seated persons. This lounge can be rented on an annual basis or per event. With a perfect view of the start and the pitlane your guests will not miss a second of the spectacle on the track

The Start- and Finish lounge 
The Start- and Finish lounge is located in the middle of the central paddock zone above the Circuit Zolder merchandising-shop. The entire track is easily accessible as from this central point for your guests. This lounge has a central bar/counter with kitchen and is fitted out with TV screens allowing your guests to follow the race. Via a separate staircase you have access to the roof terrace where in fact you have an impressive view of the Sacraments chicane, the Jacky Ickx bend as also the straight to the start and the finish. In addition you can also see the racing cars from close by as from the moment they enter the deceleration zone and head for the pit boxes. We even foresee a parking space for your VIP-guests at the lounge (only a limited number of spaces are available).

Pitlane building and mezzanines
In the Pitlane building, with direct view of the activities in the pits, the mezzanines are located here with the modular spaces, each with an adapted service package..

You can even decide yourself on the size of the mezzanine. There are 3 different sizes available:

• 48m² 
• 96m² 
• 115m² 

You are also offered the opportunity to decorate the mezzanine to your own taste when renting for an entire year. 13 mezzanines are available, offering an excellent view over the start and pitlane.

Catering services
Inside the building The catering service inside the buildings of Circuit Zolder are osd an extremely high quality.You personally decide what you wish to have and chose between various catering possibilities which will definitely meet with your demands. We offer various formats ranging from breakfast through to selections of snacks and sandwiches, cheese dishes, garnished dishes, buffets, walking dinners, dinners served at table and gastronomic journeys around the world. You can enjoy a made to measure menu based on your budget, just check out the catering file to discover what is feasible.!

Michel Vaillant club
The Michel Vaillant Club is the largest available all round space at Circuit Zolder which similar to all the others is ideally suited for all your company’s affairs.

You have no mless than 350m² at your disposal where you can welcome 400 seated or 600 standing persons. The standard fittings include a reception desk, kitchen furniture, a ‘bar’ with fitted coolers and a separate drinks cellar.
